This thoughtfully designed garden blends modern luxury with purposeful outdoor living, creating a balanced retreat for both relaxation and entertainment.

On one side, a sculptural raised garden anchors the space with clean lines, layered planting beds, and a dramatic built-in fire feature that provides warmth, ambiance, and a natural gathering point. Trees add vertical interest and privacy, while colorful perennials and ornamental grasses soften the hardscape and bring seasonal texture. Integrated seating curves naturally with the design, inviting quiet moments or conversation around the fire.

Running alongside this area is a manicured putting green, offering a playful yet refined element that complements the garden without overwhelming it.

Wheat Ridge High School

Theme: Farmer Pride

Our vibrant school garden stands as a symbol of the pride we hold as the Wheat Ridge High School Farmers! We are deeply proud of our Agriculture Program and the incredible, hands-on opportunities it provides. Established in 2020, the Wheat Ridge High School Agriculture Program is Jefferson County's only high school agriculture pathway. This unique two-year program immerses students in horticulture, urban farming, and landscaping, while simultaneously fostering critical leadership and career readiness skills.

This two-year plant pathway program offers students amazing opportunities to learn about agriculture, while developing essential leadership skills through FFA. Our curriculum is highly practical: second-year students work weekly at a local community garden, and all students maintain our on-campus raised beds, learning vegetable cultivation, garden maintenance, and irrigation installation. Furthermore, we regularly welcome guest speakers who share real-world insights into agricultural careers.
