We are a family owned and operated bakery. We make everything by hand, from scratch. Many of our recipes are from Austria, where Klaus (the bakery Dad) is from.
Our products do not contain potassium bromate. Potassium bromate is a known carcinogen that is banned in most countries but not ours. Many people that have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten do just fine with our breads.
